This programme has been established to allocate five Optis to club juniors who would most benefit from a quick fibreglass boat to speed up their progress and increase their love of the sport. Senior Dinghies Sail Through Winter

Fourteen Wakatere sailors lined up at the 2026 Toyota Optimist Nationals, brilliantly hosted by New Plymouth Yacht Club 3-7 April.
