In the first half of 2026, Wakatere hit some huge milestones. First, we celebrated 100 years of sailing at the club - a remarkable achievement by any measure. Then we backed it up on the water, hosting two major regattas that followed the Sailors for the Sea best‑practice guidelines and earning a top level Platinum Clean Regatta status for both.

A massive thank you to our sailors, volunteers, sponsors, and green team for their continued commitment.
