🐝 END OF SEASON WORKING BEE - SUN 17 MAY
Wakatere is still glowing after its epic 100th birthday weekend - but after a huge centenary season, we need all hands on deck this Sunday 17th May for our winter pack-down. It will be absolutely awesome to see some fresh helping hands - age and experience are no barrier. Working bees are social, chatty, and low-key - please get amongst it.
We’ve got small jobs inside and out, plus one big one this time: painting the lockers! Brushes and paint supplied.
Bring:
Old painting shirt/overalls, any extra trays or brushes you’ve got at home, and the tools you’re handy with. The kitchen fridges need a deep clean, food expiry dates checked and the memorabilia in the trophy cabinet could use a shine.
Mostly, please bring willing hands 🙏
