A fantastic opportunity awaits an experienced Head Coach at Wakatere Boating Club - one of New Zealand’s leading grassroots dinghy and foiling sailing clubs.

This is a rare chance to step into a flagship coaching role at a club known for developing talent, building community, and pushing the boundaries of junior, youth, and senior sailing. You’ll shape the vision, lead the coaching pathway, and play a central role in the next chapter of Wakatere’s growth.

We’re seeking someone to oversee the planning and coordination of our coaching programmes across all levels - juniors, youth, and seniors - and to help drive a positive and inclusive coaching culture.

If you bring strong coaching experience, excellent planning and communication skills, and you’re keen to be part of a friendly, family‑orientated club community, we’d love to hear from you.
