Great to see so many youngsailors out on the water for the Auckland Junior Winter Sprint Series on Saturday 27th June.
We were spoilt with a lovely on-shore breeze and largely missed the rain. Racing was a good length for winter, off the water by 3.30pm and lots of hot pasta, home baking and hot drinks after. Fantastic to have the Aon Youth sailors on the water with us. Likewise the RNZYS race fleet in full flight.
Well done everyone and a big thanks to all the volunteers. See you all back at Wakatere for the next AWSS on Saturday 1st August. Enjoy the holidays.
