Auckland at Alert Level 3
As of 6:00am on Sunday 28th February 2021, Auckland will be at Alert Level 3 for a period of 7 days. The rest of New Zealand will move to Alert Level 2 for the same period.
Accordingly, Wakatere Boating Club will be closed and sailing prohibited while Level 3 remains in force. Please do not visit or gather at the club.All planned activity at Wakatere for the next 7 days is suspended:
Coaching (all classes)
Club sailing and training
Junior & Adult Learn to Sail courses
Locker management
Venue hire

While windsurfing is listed as permitted, it is recommended that it take place within 200m from shore and in calm conditions.
