LTS Level 1 is designed for complete beginners and covers the basics about how to rig and control the boat and sails, points of sailing. learn about both helm and crew positions, and how to stay safe on the water - essential skills to progress from. This course is also suitable for anyone wanting to refresh the basics and try two handed sailing.
