2017 Fleet Racing Regatta

This regatta is for secondary school students in Years 9 - 13. The Organising Authority is College Sport in association with Wakatere Boating Club Inc. It is a 2 day regatta.

Classes sailed are 420, 29er, Starling, Optimist, P-Class, Splash, RS Feva, Laser 4.7, Laser Radial, RSX and Techno Classes. There is an individual result and a school team result if entered as a team. The school teams compete for the Epiglass Trophy.

Registration: 8:00am - 9:30am
Race Management Briefing: 9:15am downstairs

All visiting patrol boats must sign in at registration. If you are able to assist with race management see David Kayrouz as soon as you arrive.

A teacher or adult must be present at all times to supervise students and should be aware of any medical problems of any students. Teams without supervision may forfeit.

Boat storage is available at Wakatere for Thursday night. No boats may remain in the club compound at the conclusion of the regatta.

All vehicles and all road trailers must use Woodall Car Park. The grassed area inside the club compound is to remain clear for rigging.
