The annual Wakatere Junior Regatta was held on Saturday Dec9th in absolutely ideal sailing conditions for all sailors. Wind was a 15-20 knot Northerly, with warm weather and lots of sunshine . 27 Optimist Green sailors braved the conditions, and most of these sailors completed all 4 races and came ashore smiling and brimming with confidence for the next time.
