George Lee Rush, Harrison Loretz: 2019 Optimist World Champs, Antigua (6-16 July) event website

Valentine Kayrouz: North American Optimist Champs, Nassau, Bahamas (27 Sept-4 Oct) event website

Vivien Webster-Chung: European Optimist Champs, Crozon-Morgat, France (22-29 June) event website

Tom Rebbeck: Japan Optimist Team (early Aug)

William Mason: Noumea Development Team (late Oct)

Selection is based on a ranking system from 3 NZ regatta results this season - the North Islands, The Interislander and the Nationals. They are referred to as 'ranking regattas'. George Lee Rush had his targets set on all three and won all of them.
